Dosage

Adults, adolescents (15 years and older): Shake the roll-on well before use, then apply thinly and evenly to the sensitive area (back, neck, shoulders, elbows, wrists, hands, hips, knees, thighs, calves, ankles, feet ), 3 times per day.
